Fantoni has furnished 1,400 workstations for the largest office real estate investment in Italy in the last fifteen years.
The Fantoni Group has completed the supply of 1,400 workstations for the new headquarters of Regione Piemonte in Turin, designed by star architect Massimiliano Fuksas. Started in 2018 and spanning the years of the pandemic, the project is valued at 13 million euros and included the provision of furniture and phone booths, largely customized, across the 80,000 square meters of the new tower, which consolidates all previously scattered offices in the city. The installation took place in multiple phases and covered 37 above-ground floors (from the 4th to the 41st floor), as well as other special areas and some furnishings in the two underground floors.
“The new headquarters of Regione Piemonte” commented the commercial director of Fantoni Spa Alessandro Fantoni, “represents a project of enormous dimensions in terms of architecture, organizational complexity, completion times, involved companies, and the number and types of users. We are, therefore, satisfied and proud to have been ‘main actors’ in one of the most important office real estate investments made in Italy in the last fifteen years.”
The Fantoni team worked closely with the Financial Resources and Heritage Department of Regione Piemonte, represented by architect Francesca Tangi, with the project manager engineer Anna Maria Facipieri, and with the Gtp architectural firm led by architect Michele Aruanno. The Friulian group has thus created, within open spaces, state-of-the-art smart workstations characterized by high levels of comfort, perfect acoustic management, and digital technologies.
“The solutions we have devised,” continued Fantoni, “not only ensure a higher quality of life during working hours for thousands of employees but also allow the introduction of new organizational and operational models, necessary to make the public administration more efficient in the interest of citizens”.
